The Latest Advancement in Injectable Fillers

Allofill is a unique injectable filler made from human derived adipose (fat) tissue. It can be used to fill any areas where you would naturally have fat such as the face, hands, or buttocks.

Fat transfer procedures can be very effective but some patients do not want to undergo surgery or they simply are too thin and do not have fat to harvest and move to another area of their body. In either case, Allofill provides another non-surgical option for restoring volume in a simple in-office procedure.

How Does Allofill Work?

Fat cells contain multiple naturally occurring growth factors. Through a proprietary process, the manufacturer of Allofill, Biologica Technologies, takes donated fat tissue and places it through a rigorous FDA approved process to sterilize the tissues and eliminate any viral, bacterial, DNA, RNA fragments or other immunogenic components. Once processed, the remaining product contains numerous growth factors used to make Allofill.

Allofill works as a scaffold to help the tissue surrounding the injected area to remodel improving defects and volume loss. It will assist your own cells and blood vessels to regenerate in the area of treatment.

Allofill is the beginning of a new generation of injectable fillers using injectable tissue bioengineering that will assist the body to remodel its own soft tissue.

When Will I See Results of Allofill Treatment?

You can see immediate improvement with Allofill. It is injected underneath the skin to fill soft tissue areas that have defects caused by fat loss. Whether the fat loss is caused by aging, injury or surgical removal, Allofill is a good alternative to having a liposuction and fat transfer procedure.

Allofill will eventually remodel into normal soft tissue by your body to provide long lasting wrinkle correction.

What are the possible side effects?

Allofill is an allograft derived from donated human adipose tissue intended for transplantation. Allofill is intended for use in areas where fat grafting would typically be appropriate.

Allofill treatment may result in mild swelling, redness, pain, bruising, or itching at the treatment site. These side effects are common with all injectable treatments, and may last up to 7 days.

Do not seek Allofill treatment if you have a history of bleeding disorders, severe allergies manifested by a history of anaphylaxis, or history or presence of multiple severe allergies.

Allofill is processed using phosphate buffered saline (PBS), Triton X-100, hydrogen peroxide, gentamycin, vancomycin, amphotericin B. You should not use Allofill if you exhibit sensitivities or allergies to any of these process solutions.
