Priapus Shot® Treatment Protocol

Once you have decided that the P-shot is right for you, we will give you a numbing cream to apply to your penis.

While you wait for the cream to work, a small amount of blood will be drawn from your arm.

You will watch your blood get processed in the Magellan device which will separate your blood factor cells.

Calcium Chloride is then added to the blood factors activating the platelets to release up to 8 growth factors.

It is now time for injection.

Using tiny needles, the treatment will be injected in 5 areas to distribute the blood factors in the proper manner.

You should see improvements immediately due to the increase volume in the penis. We recommend use of a penis pump for 15 minutes immediately after treatment to further distribute the treatment.

Continue use of the penis pump daily for at least SIX WEEKS after the procedure.

Once the fluid is absorbed, you will return to your usual pre-treatment status in 3-5 days. The improvements created by the growth factors usually begin in 3 weeks* and continue for months*. Increase in girth and length is common*.

Question: Where is the injection put?
Answer: Directly into the corpus cavernosum with a small needle, and into the head of the penis–in a way almost exactly as done with those who use injections for erectile dysfunction.

Question: What about scar tissue?
Answer: If you look at men who inject 3 to 5 times a week over many years for treatment for erectile dysfunction, there is an infrequent incidence of scar tissue formation.* This is with multiple injections for years. With this procedure, there is only one injection, so the chances of scar tissue should be almost nothing. There has not been the report of any fibrosis or scar tissue formation from the P-shot.*

Question: Does it hurt?
Answer: You will be given a numbing cream that contains lidocaine to place in the area for 20 minutes prior to your injection. You will feel some discomfort, but most patients tolerate the procedure very well.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling your treatment. Should you need to change the date or time of your appointment, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required or you will forfeit the amount of your deposit.
