How is BellaFill® Treatment Performed?
BellaFill® is an innovative treatment that is one of the most effective injectable fillers. After numbing the area to be treated, Dr. Falcone will use a small syringe fitted with a tiny cannula to inject BellaFill® beneath the fold. Preparing for BellaFill® Treatment
Some weeks before the procedure, a skin test is required to exclude any allergic reactions to the ingredients of BellaFill®. Since the treatment is minimally invasive, there are often no special preparations required before the procedure. We ask that you avoid wearing any makeup on the day of your procedure to ensure your skin is as clean as possible for the BellaFill® injection. Dr. Falcone will provide you with any particular information necessary for treatment when you talk to her during the consultation.
Recovery after BellaFill® Treatment
Following a treatment session, patients typically return to their normal daily routine immediately. We advise that your refrain from use of make-up, creams or other facial products for 36 hours post treatment. The surrounding skin should stay clean and free of chemicals as you heal. You may experience some minor discomfort for a few days after treatment, but this should subside quickly. Results will gradually become more noticeable over 6-8 weeks.

Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Prior to your actual BellaFill treatment, you are required to have a skin test. BellaFill skin tests are FREE at the Falcone Center. A small amount of the collagen protein will be placed with a tiny needle under your forearm skin. If there are no reactions within 30 days, you are a candidate for BellaFill treatment. A skin test is required 30 days prior to treatment. Although allergic reactions to BellaFill are rare, a skin test is required. If you are interested in BellaFill treamtent, a skin test can be performed at your initial consultation.
Because we are blocking a significant amount of Dr. Falcone’s time and staffing for your BellaFill treatment appointment, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Should you need to change the date or time of your appointment, 48 hours notice of cancellation is required or you will forfeit the amount of your deposit.
