The Falcone Center has two locations serving the Philadelphia, Main Line and South Jersey areas. Our Bala Cynwyd Medical Spa and Liposuction Surgery Center is convenient for the Main Line, Philadelphia and South Jersey areas. Our Maple Shade Medical Spa is convenient for South Jersey, Central New Jersey and Center City Philadelphia patients.

The Falcone Center Team is available for consultations in our Bala Cynwyd location Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday. Maple Shade and South Jersey consultations are available every other Tuesday. Before visiting one of our offices for a consultation, please print and complete the appropriate forms to ensure our quickest and most accurate services. If you have arranged a virtual consultation, please complete and email your forms to info@FalconeCenter.com prior to your appointment. We can also send you a link to join our patient portal SYMPLAST where you can upload you information online. We ask that you have your electronic or paper forms completed prior to arrival.

 

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND FEES
We require 48-hour notice of cancellation to reschedule any appointment without loss of your deposit. Please call the office at (215) 586-3304 should you wish to reschedule your appointment.

 

CONSULTATION FEES

  • VIRTUAL consultations with the Falcone Center Team are FREE for many of our services. When you schedule online through the website, fees will be displayed if applicable, during the online scheduling process.

 

  • If you miss your appointment, a $100 fee will be required to reschedule.
  • Biote Initial Hormone Therapy Evaluation – $125
  • Liposuction or Fat Transfer Consultations with Dr. Falcone – $50
    Fee will be applied to any scheduled treatment.
  • Hair Loss evaluation (ALMA Ted, Hair transplant, PRP, Functional Hair Loss Evaluation – $100
    Fee is applied to any scheduled treatment
  • Facial Rejuvenation consultation- 15 minutes – FREE
  • Sculpsure, Miradry, Tempsure, Chemical Peel Consult – FREE
  • PRP O-shot, P-shot or Vaginal Rejuvenation Consultation – $100
    Fee is applied to any scheduled treatment

TREATMENT APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING FEES

Deposits are required for all treatments that require more then 15 minutes. The fees are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the treatment time.

 

 

  • Injectable Filler, Y lift or Kybella Treatment – $100
  • Miradry, Tempsure, Sculpsure or ThermiVa Treatment – $250
  • PRP Hair, O-Shot, P–Shot, Vampire Facelift or Vampire Facial – $250
  • Potenza, Microneedling, CO2, IPL, VBeam or Chemical Peel – $100
  • Sculptra Treatment – 50% of the cost of the treatment
    • Sculptra must be mixed 48 hours prior to procedure; therefore, a 50% deposit is required
  • Liposuction Surgery Scheduling – $1500 deposit is required to reserve your surgical date. This pays for your pre-operative evaluation, test ordering, garment fitting and appointments therefore the fee is non-refundable after 48 hour.  The deposit is not required until you are scheduling your surgical date.
