Nadeem Ahmad, MD
Clinical Staff
Dr. Ahmad started his medical career as a clinical Medical Doctor and graduated from the Ripah International University in Pakistan in 2011. After training in Pakistan in General Medicine and Surgery Specialty during internship programs, he took his passion for medicine to Baltimore, Maryland where he became a Research Assistant at John Hopkins. He also practiced as a clinical staff in Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, and cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Ahmad realized his passion for cosmetic medicine when he worked with a doctor in South Jersey and began studying cosmetic medicine. He continues to study cosmetic medicine and Biote hormone replacement.
He assists Dr Falcone with:

Dr. Ahmad is all about his family and resides in South Jersey. He enjoys traveling, hiking, and DIY projects. He is an advocate for constantly learning something new and enjoys studying advances in medicine.
Jaime Kennedy
Medical esthetician
Jaime joined The Falcone Center in 2022 as a medical esthetician and is also part of the front desk team. During her time at the Falcone Center Jaime has provided many patients with skin rejuvenation and body contouring treatments. She also often assists Dr Falcone with procedures and consultations.
Jaime has always had a passion for beauty and medicine. After earning her esthetics license in 2017 at Bucks County School of Beauty Culture, she started her esthetics career at Allusion Cosmetics Studio in Doylestown, PA. There she became experienced in face and body waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and facials.
Jaime moved to Belle Medspa in Rittenshouse Square to continue advancing her skills. During her time at Bella Medspa she provided patients with laser hair removal treatments, photo facials, microneedling treatments, chemical peels, and became certified in body contouring treatments.
Jaime has a passion for making patients feel good about themselves inside and out. Jaime loves building relationships with patients and earning the trust they put in her for their skin care needs.
Away from work she enjoys kickboxing, spending time with her dog Tabasco, shopping, and eating at new restaurants.
Tiffany Domizio.
Surgical Assistant.
Tiffany is a Surgical Assistant here at the Falcone Center. She has been in healthcare for 16 years. She graduated from the Harris School of Business in 2010 where she earned her Surgical Technician degree.
Tiffany lives in South Philadelphia. She loves to play volleyball, going to the shore with her family, and being outside. Tiffany spends her free time relaxing with family and watching her son play baseball, basketball and soccer.
Tiffany brings a positive, high energy to our practice. She’s known for making our patients feel relaxed and comfortable prior to all procedures.
Kellie Greene
Massage Therapist
Kellie has always been fascinated by the human body and had a deep desire to help others feel their best. These passions led to a career in massage therapy that allowed her to understand the physical, emotional and mental effects of pain and discomfort.
Kellie’s education began at Temple University with a B.S. in Recreational Therapy, which allowed her to assist individuals in maintaining the skills necessary to live successfully in their home or community. Later, she pursued licensure in muscle therapy through the Cortiva Institute – Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. Since 2007, Kellie has had the pleasure of assisting countless patients reach a state of total relaxation and well-being by providing direct massage, body work, somatic therapy and body treatments in the spa and medical setting.
At the end of the day, Kellie’s goal is to help each, and every client achieve a state of total relaxation and well-being. Whether you are experiencing physical pain, emotional stress or just need a break from the demands of daily life, Kellie is prepared to find the peace, tranquility and physical health you deserve.
Paris Woods
Office Manager
Paris joined The Falcone Center with over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, patient care, and public health. As Office Manager, he brings a rare blend of warmth, precision, and innovation to every interaction, ensuring patients feel seen, supported, and empowered from their first phone call to their final follow-up.
With a background in healthcare management and a growing expertise in software development, Paris is passionate about integrating technology into patient care. He’s especially interested in healthcare tech solutions that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and elevate the patient experience. His advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and various healthcare software systems allows him to troubleshoot quickly and adapt seamlessly to new platforms.
Paris’s commitment to wellness extends beyond the clinic. A devoted fitness enthusiast, he approaches health as a holistic journey, often blending ritual, affirmation, and tech-based tracking into his routines. Whether optimizing scheduling systems or supporting patients through their aesthetic transformations, Paris leads with empathy, efficiency, and a touch of technological flair.
Shauna Dougherty
With over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field, Shauna brings a deep commitment to patient care and a passion for helping individuals feel confident in their own skin. She graduated from CHI Institute as a Medical Assistant and began her career in Internal Medicine, where she spent eight years building a strong clinical foundation.
For the past eight years, Shauna has specialized in Dermatology and cosmetic medicine. It was during this time that she discovered her love for the cosmetic field. Seeing the transformation in patients, not only physically, but emotionally, has been incredibly rewarding for her. Helping someone feel confident and happy with what they see in the mirror remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of her work.
Outside of the office, Shauna’s life revolves around her family. She and her husband are proud parents of three daughters, all of whom are All-Star competitive cheerleaders. For the past 15 years, their family has been immersed in the All-Star cheer world, and they cherish every moment spent supporting their daughters as they pursue their passions.
Jessica Bryant
Jessica joined The Falcone center in early 2026 as part of the front desk team. Though going to school for business and marketing; she has always had an interest in the aesthetic world. She started working in Medspas and gradually worked her way to working for plastic surgeons. She loves everything from lasers to injectables and more.
Outside of work Jessica enjoys traveling, being active and spending time with friends and family. She loves to read but also likes a good reality tv show. She loves to cook and try (almost) anything.
Jessica is committed to patient care and wants to make sure each person leaves with a smile on their face. She love to learn and is looking forward to going with The Falcone Center.
Dr. Victoria Falcone’s vision is to provide patients with an integrative approach to health, wellness, and rejuvenation. Through her unique background and training, she utilizes her skills and knowledge in Functional Medicine, Cosmetic Medicine, Laser Medicine, Nutrition, Nutrigenomics, Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Liposuction Surgery to provide a comprehensive and individualized treatment program.
